I found my old paint jars that I used when I was still at FIDM. I never finished them because painting was never my strongest area; so I've just kept them this whole time until I uncovered them from my box full of college stuff. I also found my favorite book of numbers that I've kept since the 1st grade! I love all the pictures in this tiny book and it always seemed to make me happy :) This book is full of cute watercolor illustrations which has motivated me to paint once again. Please be forgiving, I haven't painted in a while, and I am no expert! However, I had so much fun doing this again that I think I will be experimenting with this more in the future!
I love how I wrote down my age next to my name.... just in case I didn't forget how old I was! I also wrote on every page of my book.. I don't like that I did that, lol!
Yummy snacks in between my project <3 Mangos and Omega Trailmix Nuts!
These are old artworks I did in highschool in art class. The rat illustration is a Sumi-e painting and the other is just a fun little doodle I did on a canvas tote bag using arcylic paint.
Hope you guys enjoyed this as much as I did! I thought this was the perfect thing to do - staying indoors and painting in this massive heat wave going on in LA. I'm also getting a little sick too which is super weird! What do you guys think? <3
